Happiness Japhet Mwapina

I’m Happiness Japhet Mwapina and I’m a nutritionist. I participated in the International Student Summit in 2023. This experience has strengthened my confidence and established me as a role model among other students at Sokoine University of Agriculture. I now feel capable of presenting effectively in any environment. I have gained valuable insights into improving food security and reducing poverty in my community. Currently, I am working on a project focused on food processing and adding value to Orange Fleshed Sweet Potatoes (OFSP) and groundnuts, aiming to enhance community well-being through improved nutrition and increased income.

In the future, I plan to participate in more international meetings to further expand my knowledge, grow as a professional, and continue serving my community as an informed and up-to-date nutritionist.
